drinking water

Today, I read Healthy book that has a very good column. That column describes about the benefit of drinking water. when I was young, I was taught by teacher about humans must drink water 8-10 glasses/day. Drinking water has many benefits such as drinking water will keep you young, drinking water will help you to lose weight, drinking water makes you smarter, drinking water helps you to build muscles, etc. I think I drink fresh water better than Cola, Pepsi, Alcohol

Valentine

     Do you know about history of Valentine's day?? Valentine's day is observed on 14th February each year. Valentine's day on 14th February because Saint Valentine died on this day. Many persons thought of him and changed this day to Valentine's day. :}

Magha Puja

        Today is Magha Puja. I go to Bangna-nok temple with my mom. Many people come to wienthien custom in this day and we are part of these. After I already have finished walk with lighted candle in my hand around a temple(wienthien), I went to feed many fish. I'm very happy in this good day. ^^^

Relax from stress!!

Hello everybody, I went to Central Bangna with my mother yesterday. I brought two pens at B2S shop and we ate suki at MK restaurant. we ate special vegetable set (vegetable set for health) . And we ordered roasted duck with green noodle and Streamed rolls stuffed with shrimp. and I ate Daily Queen ice cream Kitkat Blizzard flavor before cameback to my home.

I went to Prachuap Khili Khan Province on last Friday. I went with my family. I left from Bangkok at 22.30 and arrived at 03.30. I was very tired because It was very long distances. I went to my uncle home. I'm very like this province because the weather is better than Bangkok and my uncle's home is very near the sea, The cars in this province are less than Bangkok. In the future I wish I will go to this province again.

The heirs

    Hello everybody, I'm very like Korean Series "The heirs". Who are watch this serie same me ? My brother advised me to watch.  I'm very like Kim Woo Bin in this serie more than Lee Min Ho (leading actor) because I feel love him and pity for him. If someone want to watch some series in this weekend, I will advise him/her to watch this serie :}
