drinking water

Today, I read Healthy book that has a very good column. That column describes about the benefit of drinking water. when I was young, I was taught by teacher about humans must drink water 8-10 glasses/day. Drinking water has many benefits such as drinking water will keep you young, drinking water will help you to lose weight, drinking water makes you smarter, drinking water helps you to build muscles, etc. I think I drink fresh water better than Cola, Pepsi, Alcohol
